We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our team with high-volume data management and administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong computer skills, and the ability to efficiently handle confidential information while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in company databases and systems.
Verify information for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Review and correct data discrepancies, errors, and duplicate records.
Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by management.
Assist with document processing, scanning, filing, and record maintenance.
Follow company procedures regarding data security and confidentiality.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
1+ years of data entry, administrative support, or related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong typing and 10-key skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
