Compensation & Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from work orders into designated internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Review and verify entries to ensure completeness and correct errors
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Assist with additional clerical and administrative support tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent data entry experience
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a consistent schedule

Core Tools & Systems

• Data entry and records management systems
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Standard office equipment

Preferred Skills

• Previous administrative or clerical experience
• Experience working in a large, structured organization
• Strong time management skills
