    Data Entry / Logistics Clerk – FTZ Department

    We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Logistics Clerk to support a busy Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) and logistics department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable working with high-volume data, and excellent at following up on pending items.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform high-volume alphanumeric data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Enter and update shipment, inventory, and logistics information
    • Assist the FTZ/logistics team with clearing backlogged data and documentation
    • Review information for accuracy and identify missing or incomplete details
    • Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
    • Follow up consistently on outstanding information and pending items
    • Assist with basic shipment and inventory tracking
    • Support the department with general administrative and clerical duties

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong alphanumeric data entry skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
    • Comfortable working through a high-volume backlog
    • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Previous data entry, warehouse, logistics, shipping, import/export, or inventory experience is a plus
    • FTZ experience is helpful but not required

    Ideal Candidate

    Someone who is fast, accurate, organized, and persistent with follow-up. You do not need to be an FTZ expert. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, stay on top of details, and help the team get caught up and stay organized.
