Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular quality checks
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of electronic and physical files
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
• Respond to data inquiries and provide reports as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
