Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist responsible for entering information into our data system. The role involves primarily seated work with intensive keying of information. The specialist will also handle cartons of documents, transporting them between pallets and workstations.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from medical files into the client's database with high accuracy.
• Carry cartons weighing 30-50 lbs over distances up to 20 feet every 5-7 minutes.
• Lift and lower cartons from/to pallets and workstations, with lift heights ranging from 13” to 45”.
• Maintain a consistent keystroke frequency of 10,000 kph with 100% accuracy, verified by double key verification.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Physical capability to carry and lift cartons as described.
• Appropriate and presentable attire for the working environment.
• Protective footwear meeting ASTM F2413-11 standards with a slip-resistant rating of “Better or Best” is required.

Work Schedule

The normal work schedule is 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Work is primarily performed from a seated position, except for brief periods when handling cartons.

• This position does not require the worker to be a US Person to meet ITAR regulations.
• Public Trust Clearance is not applicable.
• This position does not have the potential to transition from temporary to permanent.
• A BI Exception applies to this requisition.
• This position is not related to a building move.
• This role is covered under the Service Contract Act.
