As a Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining patient and test information in our database.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Accurately input and maintain patient and test information in our database

    - Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

    - Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors

    - Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient information

    - Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to obtain missing or incomplete information

    - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

    - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent

    - Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

    - Excellent typing and 10-key skills

    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

    - Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA guidelines is a plus

    - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
