The Panther Group is seeking a long term (12+ months with annual renewals) W2 Contract, Data Entry Operator to work with one of our partners in state government. 

Location Requirement: Work Location:  Augusta ME. 100% onsite for the first 6 months. 2 Remote days per week after the 6-month time frame. (Will only consider candidates that live within an hour radius of Augusta, ME.)

Kind Note: This role does not permit Visas (OPT, H1B, etc.) and does not permit sponsorship now or in the future and does not permit C2C. 

Required Skill Set/Skill Level/Experience:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work independently and take initiative to identify issues.
Job Summary
  • The position is responsible for a variety of scanning, indexing, customer service and data entry tasks, attaching files to electronic records and printing certificates from the electronic record.
  • Also responsible for entering daily totals into the tracking log, processing online death certificate orders, opening and sorting mail, scanning and data entry of application requests received.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.65 an hour
