Description

Job Description:
  • Supports the Medi-Cal Claims Operations team by providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to Data Entry staff while ensuring production, quality, and service level objectives are achieved.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for keying and claims processing activities, assists with workflow coordination, and promotes operational excellence through coaching, training, and continuous process improvement.
  • Works with limited supervision and exercises sound judgment in resolving routine operational issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience in a leadership capacity is preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and provide on-going guidance and feedback.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and business processing systems.
