    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support manufacturing operations with a strong focus on high-volume data entry, inventory accuracy, and ERP system management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment and be highly skilled in maintaining accurate inventory records across ERP platforms.

    This role is critical in ensuring inventory integrity, supporting production flow, and minimizing discrepancies through precise data entry and reconciliation processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily data entry of inventory transactions into ERP systems
    • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
    • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts
    • Process inventory adjustments, receipts, transfers, and shipments
    • Support production and warehouse teams with inventory reporting
    • Audit inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Generate reports for management using ERP and Excel tools
    • Identify and escalate inventory issues or variances promptly
    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1-3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
    • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
    • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Basic understanding of inventory flow and supply chain processes
