Data Entry

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Data Processing Specialist to manage record updates and data entry tasks for a 3 - 4 month contract assignment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with high-volume tasks, and proficient in typing and data entry. Qualified candidates need to be flexible to come into the office as needed after training.  Training will be 2-3 days on site.  A standard typing test will be required. Interested candidates should apply for immediate consideration. 

Responsibilities:

• Update addresses, beneficiary names, and legal name changes in internal systems.

• Process tasks received through multiple internal channels.

• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.

• Complete ~100 tasks per day with attention to detail.

• Support new platform rollout to streamline processes over time.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent typing and data entry (60 WPM preferred; 50 WPM acceptable with high accuracy).

• Ability to follow structured processes and handle high-volume tasks efficiently.

• Previous experience in data entry, record management, or administrative processing is a plus.

Schedule & Training:

• Initial training requires 2 days in the office.

• After training, the role is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work if needed.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $24.00 to $24.00
