We have Contract role Data Entry Clerk | Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist -Remote for client at New York NY. Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.
 
Position Details:
Data Entry Clerk | Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist -Remote-New York NY
Work Mode                      : Remote | EST work hours
Work Location              : Florida - Remote
Project Duration           : 7 months
Pay Rate                            : $16 - $18 an hour on W2
 
JOB DESCRIPTION-
Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1
Virtual Role
Will be working EST time zone from 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST daily

Job Responsibilities:

• Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Commercial Insurance lines
• Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
• Data management
• Data entry
• Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
• Ability to work required schedule (Hour Unpaid Lunch) daily.

 
Required skills and experience that will lead to success:

• Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry will be helpful and considered first.
• Interpreting client requirements and documents.
• Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Aon systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, expert professionalism skills required.
• Data Entry experience and attention to detail, with exceptional accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required).
• Ability to pivot between multiple applications.
• Data management experience.

 
Education:

• College degree preferred or High School Diploma/GED with Equivalent Experience
