Position: Data Entry Clerk

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review and verify information for completeness and correctness.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Assist with document filing, scanning, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred - 1 year minimum in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Pay: $21-$23/hour DOE
