Data Entry Clerk (part-time)

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis in Scottsdale, AZ. This position is perfect for those who excel in managing large volumes of data with precision and are comfortable working in an office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in heavy data entry tasks with utmost attention to detail.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data entered into the system.
• Organizing and maintaining files to support data management.
• Collaborating with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Assisting in the preparation of data reports and summaries as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Work Hours:

Part-time, 100% in-office, 20 hours per week in Scottsdale, AZ (North Scottsdale). Must be available to work M-F between the hours of 7:00 am - 4:30 pm (exact schedule is flexible within those hours)

Salary:

Pay range: $20 - $22 per hour.
