What We're Looking For
Availability for at least 2 consecutive weeks (no planned time off)
Preferred (any of the following):
Prior office or administrative experience
Exposure to a law firm
Currently pursuing a JD or Paralegal certificate
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update case data accurately in firm systems
Review documents and extract key information (names, dates, case numbers)
Verify data for completeness and flag inconsistencies
Organize digital files and maintain records
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
Extract information from PDFs into spreadsheets
Follow firm formatting standards and guidelines
Collaborate with a team to meet deadlines
Perform quality checks before submission
