Location: Dayton, OH

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Accurately enter and maintain quality and production data
  • Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Update QA records, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Track inspection and production information
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic and paper records
  • Assist the Quality team with general administrative and data entry needs

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 years of data entry, administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
