Job Details

As our Data Entry Clerk, you’ll be the accuracy champion who keeps project data flowing smoothly between sales, engineering, and field teams. You’ll work in a modern office near downtown Dallas, entering purchase orders, project specifications, invoices, and vendor data into Microsoft Excel-based trackers and our ERP system. Your meticulous approach will help project managers deliver on time and on budget, ensuring clients receive flawless lighting-control solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify purchase orders, invoices, and inventory data with 99%+ accuracy
• Maintain and update project trackers
• Cross-check vendor quotes, shipping documents, and field reports for completeness
• Generate weekly status reports for project managers and finance
• Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Support process-improvement initiatives to streamline data workflow

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of data-entry experience using Microsoft products
• Proficiency with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
