A Busy specialty maintenance services company in Beaumont is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a temp to hire basis. This position will input shipping and receiving information.
Pay: $15-20/hr - DOE
Location: Beaumont, TX ONSITE

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
- Assist with tracking shipments and resolving discrepancies or missing information.
- Generate reports related to shipping, receiving, and inventory as needed.
- Support general administrative tasks within the logistics/warehouse team.
Requirements:- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience, in an industrial environment
- Strong 10-Key data entry and typing skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and comfort working independently
