Burnett is so excited to be partnering with a global leader in marine cargo insurance brokerage! This client has been in business for over 30 years and has faithfully served the international trading community for all of that time. They are currently looking to add a Data Entry Specialist to their team, to alleviate some of the administrative support duties off their busy Office Manager. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an excellent chance of going perm and advancing! 

Initial main duties will include heavy amounts of data input into pre-existing Excel spreadsheets. It is imperative that the data is accurate and timely. Also expected will be the initiative and desire to not only learn and take on more duties, but the interest in learning more about the company's niche business. The plan for this role is to grow them within the business, so a desire to learn and grow is key! 

Idea Candidate Will Have:
  • 2+ years of Data Entry/Data Management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable navigating repetitive workflows without sacrificing quality
  • Initiative to double check work for accuracy without being told
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Professional communication skills
Location/Hours/Pay/etc:
  • Office is located West of Austin in the Bee Caves area (78738 zip)
  • Role will eventually be Hybrid, but will start off onsite for first month or so
  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay while temp will be $25/hr
  • Once the role goes perm, there is a raise and benefits
  • 3 month Temp-to-Hire
