    Job Title: Data Entry and Word Processing
    Employment Type: Contract
    Work Hours: 37.5 hrs./week
    Work site: 100% Onsite.
    Location: 89 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12234
    Job Duration: 6 Months
    Closing: 06/23/2026.


    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Review Leasing shared email box, respond to basic requests, and forward email to appropriate individuals.
    • Help facilitate work orders in JIRA to landlords.
    • Answer phones, take messages.
    • Invoicing: including filling out payment form, scanning and sending payment by email.
    • Data Entry.
    • Update lease site spread sheets.
    • Basic experience with Outlook and Excel preferred.
    • Help maintain AED devise spread sheet.
    • Vendor correspondence by phone and email for billing inquiries or receiving quote for work or products.

    Misc. Information:
    • Mon. - Fri.: 7 AM - 3 PM/8 AM - 4 PM .
    • There is street parking and nearby paid parking lots.
    • CDTA bus line are in Close proximity to the worksite location.
    • Interviews will be conducted in person.
    • Training will be provided to the candidate.
