What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for
Reviewing and inputting a high volume of receipts and thank you letters for donors
Managing your workload independently with reliability and proactive initiative
Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel to perform various administrative tasks and mail merges
Maintaining attention to detail to uphold data accuracy and integrity
Supporting the team by ensuring timely and accurate data entry throughout your shifts
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, mainly Word and Excel
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with mail merges is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate
