Job Title: Data Engineer (Snowflake Consultant)
Location: OnSite Sunnyvale, California.
Duration: Contract
Pay Rate: Open, DOE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Data Engineer/Architect in our Data Team who will:
" Understand business problems, analyze solutions, design and help build solutions to meet HPE's analytical needs
" Work in business engagements with cross functional teams for various use cases
" Ensure alignment between upstream processes (in Salesforce, SAP etc) with the reporting solutions
" Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams for end to end delivery of solutions
Candidate Requirements:
" Must have at least 10 years of techno functional expertise in Data & Analytics with hands-on expertise in Snowflake
" Must have prior Data Warehouse/Data Modelling experience with expertise in requirements gathering, application design, build and rollout
" Strong SQL knowledge is a must
" Working experience on Fivetran HVR or Matillion is an added advantage
" Exposure to enterprise solutions like Sales Force, Oracle CPQ, ERP needed
" Good understanding of process and methodology within Supply Chain/Services/Marketing/Sales preferred
" Must be a team player and have worked with cross functional technical and business teams
" Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
