Job Description

• Experience supporting and administering vendor enterprise applications in production
• environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, middleware, operating systems,
• integrations, and database connectivity.
• Hands-on experience supporting Apache Tomcat and JBoss application servers.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Services, including service
• accounts, permissions, logs, and troubleshooting.
• Basic Linux administration, including services, processes, permissions, file
• management, and log analysis.
• Experience with application installations, upgrades, patches, configuration changes,
• and deployments across multiple environments.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, integrations, networking, certificates, and
• application connectivity.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and GitHub, including understanding
• how source-controlled applications are built and deployed through pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills for data queries, validation, troubleshooting, and approved data
• updates. Deep database administration experience is not required.
• Experience supporting production incidents, change/release activities, environment
• validation, and vendor/infrastructure coordination.
• Coordinate work tasks with onshore and offshore resources (Dev and QE)
• Work with Business Analysts and Product Managers to define and prioritize work for team

Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
