Data Engineer
Location: Boston MA-Remote
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
- Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Proficient in Python programming and scripting.
- Strong SQL development experience with MS SQL Server (preferred).
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT solutions.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing workloads.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.
Experience with Azure DevOps, including source code management, branching strategies, and code check-ins.
Experience working with ServiceNow for incident, change, and service management processes.
Knowledge of CI/CD implementation for data engineering projects.
Exposure to cloud-native data architecture and best practices.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks).
- Strong experience in SQL and Python-based development.
- Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Preferred)
