- Skill 8 - Familiarity with ICAM data model
Domain Experience (If any)
Financial / Institutional business experience preferred
The Opportunity
- Rebuild analytics pipelines and integrate new data models into the data infrastructure
- Refactor existing workflows from LASR/Client to Databricks and PySpark
- Develop familiarity with the ICAM data model and support data integration efforts
- Assess and identify gaps between existing datasets and new data structures from STEP and ICAM
- Support exploratory analytics use cases including analyzing consultant organization behavior and understanding Field Consultant preferences
- Explore opportunities to leverage tools like Claude for ad hoc data access based on progress of core data integration work

What You Need
- Strong data engineering expertise
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark
- Experience in refactoring workflows from LASR/Client to modern platforms
- Strong data analysis skills to identify gaps between datasets and new data structures
- Familiarity with ICAM data model
- Experience working with complex data environments
- Prior experience within the financial industry is helpful
- Power BI experience is a nice-to-have
