Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer / Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, data architecture, data engineering, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, modern data platforms and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data architecture using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, and OneLake.
• Lead the development of data ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Build scalable, analytics-ready data solutions to support Power BI reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance across data storage, pipelines, and reporting layers.
• Lead and mentor data engineers and analysts.
• Establish and enforce data architecture best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and environment governance for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI artifacts.
• Provide technical leadership on Microsoft Fabric adoption, cloud modernization, and enterprise BI strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on expertise in Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Pipelines, and OneLake.
• Strong data engineering and ETL/ELT experience.
• Experience with data ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
• Experience supporting Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with enterprise cloud modernization initiatives.
• Experience defining enterprise BI and analytics roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of data platform governance and best practices.
