Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data visualization, SQL, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and GCP tools.
Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for efficient data retrieval and transformation.
Implement DevOps practices to automate code deployment and streamline workflows.
Utilize GCP native tools such as Scheduled Queries, Dataform, and Dataproc to process and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
Perform data quality checks and ensure the integrity of data throughout the pipeline.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience with writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, particularly in the context of code deployment.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its native tools (e.g., Scheduled Queries, Dataform, Dataproc).
Proficiency in Python, particularly with libraries such as PySpark and Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in data engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
