Title: Data Engineer-DQ
Locations: Kansas City, MO(Local)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a focus on Data Quality (DQ) to join our team. This role involves defining and implementing enterprise Data Quality frameworks, standards, and governance processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Enterprise Data Management.
- Strong Asset Management / Capital Markets / Investment Management domain expertise.
- Proven experience implementing enterprise-wide Data Quality frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS data platforms and Snowflake.
- Strong SQL, data analysis, data profiling, and reconciliation skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms.
- Knowledge of Informatica IDMC/IDQ, Collibra, Montecarlo or similar DQ tools.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboarding and executive reporting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Define and implement the enterprise Data Quality (DQ) framework, standards, KPIs, and governance processes.
- Assess existing DQ rules, controls, and monitoring processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Enhance, optimize, and stabilize DQ rules to improve data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timeliness.
