Description

We're seeking a Data Engineer within the CRM space to support and enhance critical CRM platforms and data processea. This role blends CRM support, data management, reporting, and project coordination, requiring strong SQL skills and advanced Excel knowledge (IE: pivot tables/ v-lookups, etc.). THIS ROLE IS 5-DAYS ONSITE IN NYC!

• 2+ years of experience in CRM Support, Data Engineering, Data Analysis, Application Support, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, data analysis, and data reconciliation.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or proprietary CRM systems, with an understanding of how business-critical customer data is managed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support users, gather requirements, and coordinate projects across teams.

Profile

• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Experience working within project-based environments and supporting application enhancements, integrations, or data governance initiatives.
