The engineer will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving daily pipeline operations to ensure reliability and SLA compliance.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Python;working knowledge of PySpark
- Hands-on experience with GCP services: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Kubeflow Pipelines (KFP), Cloud Monitoring
- Familiarity with ML workflow orchestration tools (KFP, Airflow, or equivalents)
- Strong background in job monitoring and troubleshooting in cloud-native distributed environments
- Knowledge of observability practices using GCP Cloud Monitoring, OTEL, and custom metrics instrumentation
- Hands-on experience with GitHub workflows (pull requests, branching strategies, code reviews)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication in cross-functional environments
- Ability to balance operational stability with proactive improvement
- Collaborative attitude —able to work effectively with engineers, data scientists, and operations staff
