Data Developer III

We are seeking a Data Developer III to support a major technology standardization initiative within the airline industry. This role combines Oracle database support, SQL development, enterprise application troubleshooting, data migration, and technical coordination.

This is a one year remote contract. Candidates must be based in the United States and available to work Pacific aligned hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, execute, and troubleshoot SQL and database scripts.

• Develop rollback scripts and support controlled production deployments.

• Perform database backups, restores, environment refreshes, and data migrations.

• Maintain alignment across Development, Test, User Acceptance Testing, and Production environments.

• Troubleshoot issues across Oracle databases, Windows servers, middleware, APIs, and flat file integrations.

• Coordinate application changes, work plans, technical resources, and project timelines.

• Create change requests and participate in change management activities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and large cross functional technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands on SQL development and troubleshooting experience.

• Strong Oracle database administration and support experience.

• Experience supporting complex enterprise or packaged applications.

• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration.

• Experience with database migrations, production deployments, and rollback procedures.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Apache Tomcat and JBoss.

• Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting tools.

• Experience supporting Linux environments.

• Experience with API and flat file integrations.

• Experience with change management and Change Advisory Board processes.

• Experience with TRAX, AMOS, RAMCO, or another Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul platform.

• Previous airline or Maintenance and Engineering experience.

Pay Range: $70.00–$75 per hour, depending upon experience.
