JOB TITLE: Data Conversion Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map data between systems.
- Develop data conversion plans.
- Execute validation and testing processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
- Provide documentation and training.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years advanced SQL.
- 2+ years ETL experience (Informatica, SSIS, Python, PowerShell).
- 4+ years data migration/integration (profiling, mapping, normalization, error handling).
Preferred Skills:
- Data documentation experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Development team collaboration.
