Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing advanced customer and site data management functions while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. The Site Data Compliance Specialist II serves as a resource for customer account structures, supports data quality initiatives, and assists in resolving complex customer, site, billing, and hierarchy discrepancies across multiple branches and departments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of the Data Compliance Specialist level I position.• Review and process complex customer and site setup requests requiring additional research or validation.• Analyze customer account structures to ensure alignment with company data standards and procedures.• Research and resolve customer, billing, service location, contact, and hierarchy discrepancies.• Identify duplicate customer or location records and assist with consolidation efforts while preserving data integrity.• Support routine audits of customer and location records to identify inaccuracies, missing information, or inconsistent naming conventions.• Assist in developing, documenting, and improving data entry procedures and quality control measures.• Provide guidance to branch personnel regarding customer setup requirements, account structures, and data standards.• Monitor request queues and assist with prioritizing work to support timely completion of branch requests.• Generate or assist with reports related to request volume, data accuracy, open items, and cleanup initiatives.• Provide onboarding support and process training to new team members as needed.• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.• 3+ years of administrative, customer master data, contract administration, service operations, billing, or related experience.• Strong understanding of customer account setup, customer hierarchy, and data maintenance processes.• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.• Ability to work independently and make decisions within established guidelines.• HVAC, service operations, billing, or contract administration experience, a plus.
