    Job Duties
    • Responsible for  inspecting  and recording the property characteristics of commercial, residential and agricultural properties for (re)valuation purposes.
    • Collects, corrects, updates and maintains property file information.
    • Requires attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Mass appraisal data collection training is provided
     
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must have a High School diploma/GED, two years of college and/or five years of general clerical work experience.
    • One year of progressively responsible experience in in appraisal, building trades, construction and /or homes sales and one year residential data collection and property measurement preferred
    • Must possess problem-solving skills, spatial ability to read maps and locate physical location, math skills and work independently.
    • Must possess/maintain valid Missouri/Kansas Driver's License and provide reliable transportation and insurance.
    • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen.
