    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and organized Robotics Data Collection Shift Lead to oversee data collection operations and ensure the successful execution of data collection activities. As a Data Collection Shift Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a team of Data Collectors, ensuring data quality, and facilitating efficient data collection processes.

    Schedule available is 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Sunday-Thursday

    • Lead and oversee a team of data collectors, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful data collection operations
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time
    • Coordinate and oversee data collection activities, ensuring adherence to established protocols, procedures, and quality standards
    • Monitor data collection progress, identify any issues or discrepancies, and implement process changes as needed to maintain data integrity and accuracy
    • Generate regular reports summarizing data collection progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented
    • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including project managers and team members
    • Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
    • Proven experience in data collection or research operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule; day/night shifts with the ability to work 1 day per weekend
