Immediate need for a talented Data Centre Technician . This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Olathe, KS (Onsite) . Key Responsibilities: Willingness to work in shifts for 24×7 coverage. Assist vendors or engineers with secure access to the datacenter. Maintain accurate records of hardware changes and asset tags. Rack and stack servers, storage devices, and network equipment. Connect/disconnect power and network cables. Perform basic diagnostics Replace faulty hardware components (disks, memory, power supplies) cable management and labeling for compliance. network patching and port verification. power cycling and rebooting devices as instructed. routine health checks on hardware and environmental conditions. Report any physical security or compliance violations immediately. Coordinate with remote teams for emergency troubleshooting. cleanliness and safety standards in the datacenter. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5-10 years’ experience Understanding of server/network hardware. Ability to follow detailed instructions from remote teams.
