    Job Description:
    Are you a datacenter engineer with strong skills in asset management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, you'll have the opportunity to be an integral part of our growing team, working hands-on with the latest technologies while playing a crucial role in the redesign of our data center operations and contributing to our mission of operational excellence.

    Your Role

    • Monitor data center operations and check for emergent alerts through monitoring platforms.
    • Perform rack and stack installations, ensuring proper power and asset management.
    • Perform troubleshooting and in-depth repairs of hardware and hypervisor issues, following documented processes.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration with the datacenter capacity team and R&D personnel.
    • Work within our Reno site through cabling, monitoring, and team building activities.
    • Assist as part of a team of on-site contacts for our Networking, Automation, and Capacity team

    What You Will Bring

    • 1+ years of experience in data center operations or related field.
    • Proficient in asset management and infrastructure monitoring systems.
    • Strong coordination skills for managing complex tasks autonomously.
    • Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 100 lbs) with assistance.
    • Experience following documented processes to provide hardware and logistic troubleshooting
    • Familiarity with data center tools, office productivity software, and ticket management systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and grow through on the job training
    • Integrity and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
