    Job Description:
    • Rack, stack, install, decommission, relocate servers, storage, network equipment
    • Perform hardware break-fix actives and replace components
    • Install, label, trace, test, and document cabling
    • Provide smart-hands support
    • Perform inspections, walkthroughs, and environmental checks
    • Monitor equipment alerts and escalate incidents according to Customer's procedures
    • Assist with equipment receiving, shipping, staging, and asset tracking
    • Maintain rack elevation diagrams and cable records
    • Execute service requests, incidents, changes, and other maintenance
    • Escort authorized vendors
