Description
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic networking knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP (1+ years)
Familiarity with hardware components inside a server/computer (1+ years)
Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
Basic Linux/Unix command line knowledge
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Receptive to feedback and able to adjust performance and behavior as required
Degree or Certification:
High school or equivalent diploma
(Optional) CompTIA, CompTIA+
Technical Skills:
Ability to perform hardware replacements and repairs
Understanding of cooling systems and power distribution
Basic Linux/Unix command line knowledge
Experience with ticketing systems and documentation
Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting
