Job Title: General Laborer – Data Center Construction

Position Overview:
System One is seeking dependable General Laborers to support the construction of a data center. This position assists skilled trades, moves materials, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled trades with installation preparation and general construction tasks.
• Assemble and position materials under the direction of experienced crew members.
• Use basic hand and power tools as trained and directed.
• Remove debris and maintain clean work areas and clear walkways.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Report unsafe conditions and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working indoors or outdoors for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred; site-specific safety training may be required.
