Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionOversee all construction phases, from site preparation to project handover. Lead and coordinate field teams to ensure efficient execution. Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Enforce strict safety protocols and uphold quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize project delays. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor budgets and control costs to stay within financial targets. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress.
