The Senior Project Manager will report directly to executive leadership and take ownership of all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction and mobilisation through final completion.

• Direct the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of a large-scale mission-critical construction project.
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, billing activities, and profitability targets.
• Lead and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and site-based personnel.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement processes, contract negotiations, buyout activities, and scope administration.
• Monitor project schedules and implement proactive strategies to address risks, delays, and operational challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design professionals, consultants, and trade partners.
• Develop and mentor project team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative project environment.

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

• Minimum 10 years of experience within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction environments.
• Demonstrated success managing projects through all phases, from preconstruction to final handover.
• Previous experience leading project teams and developing Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Strong knowledge of construction financial management, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontracting partners on complex projects.
• Data centre construction experience is highly desirable, though candidates with comparable mission-critical project experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of OSHA requirements and best practices.
