Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Resolve any on-site issues quickly to avoid project delays. Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, effectively. Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and reports. Ensure strict adherence to project budgets and timelines. Lead, mentor, and support on-site teams to achieve project goals.

Required Experience Superintendent or Senior Superintendent experience on large-scale commercial construction projects Experience with: Data Centers Mission Critical Facilities Advanced Industrial Projects Technically Complex Construction Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and complex coordination efforts
Preferred Background Mission critical infrastructure experience Data center construction experience Extensive MEP coordination experience Electrical infrastructure and commissioning exposure Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience Experience working on projects valued at $50M+ preferred
