Data Center Project Manager

The East Valley has turned into one of the fastest-growing data center hubs in the country, and the work isn't slowing down. A well-established general contractor is adding a Data Center Project Manager to help deliver large mission-critical builds around Mesa and the greater Phoenix area.

What You'll Do

• Run data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover
• Manage budgets, cost reports, change orders and schedules so there are no surprises
• Coordinate closely with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners
• Work hand in hand with superintendents to keep sites safe, organized and on track
• Support and mentor assistant project managers and project engineers
• Give owners clear, regular updates on progress and risks

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
• Comfort with heavy MEP scopes, critical power, cooling and phased turnovers
• Strong scheduling and cost control skills
• A friendly, team-first approach and solid communication skills
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
