Our Infrastructure team provides the end-to-end managed services and solutions for the entire group's Internet infrastructure alongside running business applications. We excel in building the architecture, providing solutions, deployment and operations of data centers, connectivity, cloud, networking, servers, system, storage, software, platforms and security. We are a proud provider of high-quality and stable running business applications and services to our business units.

As a Data Center Project Manager, you will work with a team of engineers and technologists to support the delivery and operation of reliable, energy efficient data center infrastructure. You will play a key role in managing project timeline, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and overseeing architectural and civil/structural (CSA) design and authority submissions. This role focuses on ensuring project milestones are achieved, tender and construction activities are properly sequenced, risks are identified early, and design deliverables are aligned with project requirements, operational needs, and future scalability.

  • Develop and manage the overall project schedule, including design, tender, procurement, and construction phases; track key milestones and identify risks to timelines.
  • Plan and coordinate tender strategy and sequencing, ensuring alignment with project schedule and design readiness.
  • Review and align construction sequencing and phasing plans to support efficient site execution.
  • Assist the Project Director in driving project execution, including coordination of design, procurement, construction, and authority approvals.
  • Act as client representative to coordinate across stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and vendors, to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Assist in reviewing CSA design submissions to ensure completeness, coordination, and constructability, and to support construction sequencing.
  • Maintain submission and permitting trackers, monitor approval timelines, and highlight risks that may impact project schedule and construction start.
  • Assist in reviewing design changes and variation impacts, and ensure proper documentation and change control processes are followed.
  • Participate in project meetings, design coordination workshops, and site coordination activities to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
  • Track project progress, key deliverables, and risks, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper documentation for project approvals, design submissions, tender processes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support construction phase activities, including coordination of shop drawings, material submissions, inspections, and site sequencing issues.
  • Chair site coordination meetings and manage issue resolution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural or construction project coordination, project management, or construction delivery, preferably in data centers, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial projects.
  • Experience in tendering processes and construction sequencing for large-scale projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with authority submission requirements and processes in Singapore.
  • Good understanding of data center building design workflows.
  • Strong planning and documentation skills, with good knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
  • Experience in managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong team player with good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Kindly note that you can only be considered for one role at a time with any of the companies within our Group. If you have applied for other jobs with the Group, you will be considered for roles in the order of your application.
