Obtain and retain required product certifications/licenses
5 years of experience in project/program management within security, fire alarm, or construction environments
Strong understanding of Division 28 systems (CCTV, access control, life safety systems)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Experience with material management, procurement workflows, and inventory tracking
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical environments
Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)
Preferences:
Experience in commercial or mission-critical environments
Responsibilities:
Lead mission-critical projects from initiation through closeout
Ensure successful delivery of life safety and security systems across high-priority deployments

Lead end-to-end delivery of projects including design coordination, material procurement, provisioning, installation, and closeout
Manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on schedule adherence, cost control, and quality execution
Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and constraints
Ensure full visibility and control of material flow, inventory tracking, and provisioning readiness
Drive cross-functional alignment between PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Field Teams
Oversee documentation including RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages
Identify, track, and manage project constraints and risks
Support change order development, scope management, and customer communication
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
Provide clear and consistent communication to internal stakeholders and customers on project status, risks, and financials
Act as a leader and mentor within the team, driving accountability and continuous improvement
Support program-level strategy including scalability, process improvement, and operational efficiency
