    Description

    We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager in Mechanical Construction for a major mechanical construction project in Fargo. This contract role offers the opportunity to lead work on a fast-paced Data Hall / White Space project with the potential for future expansion into additional phases.

    What You'll be Doing:

    • Lead mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout
    • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and labor forecasting
    • Coordinate closely with field leadership, fabrication teams, and ownership groups
    • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting
    • Ensure quality, safety, and commissioning standards are achieved
    • Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams
    • Drive project execution in a fast-track mission-critical environment

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects
    • Data Center / Data Hall / White Space experience highly preferred
    • Strong scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting abilities
    • Ability to lead teams in fast-paced construction environments
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mission-critical systems preferred
