Job Title: Data Center Operations Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Overview: We are seeking a Data Center Operations Lead to oversee daily onsite operations in a mission-critical facility. This role ensures infrastructure reliability, supports hardware deployments, and drives operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead rack/stack, cabling, and hardware installation/removal.

• Manage inventory, documentation, and compliance with standards.

• Troubleshoot server, storage, network, and power issues.

• Monitor facility conditions (power, cooling, security).

• Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and maintenance activities.

• Provide leadership and guidance to onsite technicians.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in data center operations.

• Strong hands-on cabling and hardware deployment experience.

• Knowledge of server, storage, network, and power infrastructure.

• Experience in enterprise/hyperscale environments preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
