  • As a Data Center Manager, you'll spearhead the preventative maintenance and repair services for a key client data center.

What You'll Do:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.
  • Infrastructure Assurance: Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.
  • Quality & Standards: Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Risk & Methodologies: Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.
  • Values Alignment: Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership: Proven background in team staffing, development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex information and manage expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational challenges.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The maximum salary of $194400 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
