Key Responsibilities
- Perform logical system validation and testing
- Execute server health checks and diagnostics
- Support software deployment validation
- Perform firmware and BIOS verification
- Execute system acceptance testing
- Monitor hardware performance
- Collect diagnostic logs
- Perform issue triage
- Correlate physical infrastructure issues with software deployment
- Work closely with remote engineering teams
- Support incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Escalate technical issues where required
