Job Details
This role supports data center network and infrastructure operations on a large federal government contract, handling lifecycle management, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and incident resolution at a Tier 2/3 level. The position requires strong hands-on network engineering experience, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while mentoring team members.

- L2/L3 installation, service, and support experience
- Networking
- Security+ certification
- Linux knowledge/troubleshooting

- CCNA certification
- Data center experience
- ServiceNow
